Reaching redang from singapore is very simple. can go by air(berjaya air) or by bus+ferry

If taking bus, then take 160 to larkin bus terminal, from there, you can take either
konsortium, transitional bus service or adik beradik bus. I would prefer adik beradik bus service, as all the buses are new. All these three bus service provice VIP service(2 + 1 seats). Bus ticket costs around RM44. Bus will drop you at kuala terengganu bus terminal.

After getting off at bus terminal you need to hire taxi or private car, which will cost around RM50 and drop you at merang jetty.

(while you can take bus from singapore also (Konsortium), costs around S$50. while it will drop you at merang jetty.)

 You are already at merang jetty, most of the cases, resort ferry will pick you. Incase if not, you can take public ferry to you desired resort.
